Patch 0.9.1 — We Listened, Then We Looked At The Data
Season 3's six-striker roster locks this patch. Eiryn's bulwark window extends by 0.4s. Breaker cooldowns get a class-wide audit. Temple of the Sun Stone joins the ranked pool — rotation date TBA. Full dossiers roll out through the season — this patch is the opening move.
Roster — Six For Season 3
Season 3 ships with a deliberately small roster: one warden, three breakers, two runners. One striker per week of the season cycle, each with a dossier drop that unlocks their kit notes, lore, and ability breakdowns in-game and on this site.
This is a design choice. We want every striker in the launch lineup to be playable from the first match without a checklist of counter-picks. Six is the number that fits that promise.
We'd rather ship six strikers you remember than twenty-four you cycle through once. Season 3 is about the roster you pick and stick with.
Dossiers will drop in this order: Eiryn first, then Hanto, T-Chala, Uros, Chiter, Veyra. The site reflects the stub-first state until the writing team clears each one.
Eiryn — A Small Gift
The community has been asking for a touch more reward on well-timed bulwarks, and our data on duration-to-engage suggests we can extend without tipping her into oppressive territory.
Bulwark duration moves from 1.2s to 1.6s. The damage reduction stays at 80%. The cooldown stays at 8s.
Arena Rotation — Temple of the Sun Stone enters ranked
Temple of the Sun Stone joins the ranked pool the same day the Championship Finals kick off under its solar calendar — exact rotation date TBA. If you want to grind the map before the broadcast, the custom lobby queue is planned to be open ahead of time.
Expect the Season 3 winner — whoever that ends up being — to have nightmares about this arena for a month after the ball ceremony.
Small Things
Breaker class audit: ult cooldowns now have fixed minimums (no more sub-zero windows chaining with other CDR sources). Runner dashes no longer double-refund on ball-receive during the first 0.2s after a reset. Warden projectile-return credits the kill to the original attacker, not the reflector — this was occasionally crediting the wrong striker, which was funny but wrong.
Thanks
We read every bug report you posted during 0.9. The next patch will be calmer. Probably.
